A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Q: How do I initiate a return?

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes! If you need a different size or color, we're happy to exchange your item. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Q: What materials are your products made from?
A: Most of our hoodies and sweatpants are made from 100% premium combed cotton with brushed fleece interiors. Our backpacks feature durable canvas construction. Specific material details are listed on each product page.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: We provide detailed size charts on each product page. Our hoodies and sweatpants tend to run true to size with an oversized/relaxed fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Q: Are your products pre-shrunk?
A: Yes! All our cotton products are pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage. However, we recommend following care instructions carefully to maintain the best fit.
Q: Do colors vary from what I see online?
A: We do our best to accurately represent colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Our vintage wash and sun-faded items are designed to have unique color variations, making each piece one-of-a-kind.

Q: How should I wash my hoodie/sweatpants?
A: Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach, soak, or wring. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat (max 30℃/90℉). Avoid direct sunlight when drying.
Q: Can I iron my products?
A: Yes, but use low heat and iron inside out to protect any prints or designs. Steam is also a great alternative to remove wrinkles.
Q: Will the colors fade?
A: Our products use reactive-dyed fabrics for long-lasting color. However, washing with like colors and avoiding harsh detergents will help maintain vibrancy. Vintage wash items are designed to fade naturally over time for an authentic look.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q: Is it safe to shop on your website?
A: Absolutely! Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your credit card details.
Q: Can I use multiple discount codes?
A: Only one discount code can be applied per order. The system will automatically apply the code that gives you the best savings.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@teevoke.store if you need to make changes.
