Payment: Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Payment Security: We use SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Order Modifications: Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times: We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $50 within the United States.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from TeeVoke are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return
  • Customer responsible for return shipping (except defective items)
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned
