At TeeVoke, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and what to expect when you order from us.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.


💰 Shipping Costs

Free Shipping Threshold: Orders $50 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States.

Orders Under $50: $5.99 flat rate for standard shipping

Expedited Options: Available at checkout for an additional fee

Shipping Cost Calculation: Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.


📍 Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping (United States):
We currently ship to all 50 states, including:

  • All continental US states
  • Alaska and Hawaii (may have extended delivery times)
  • US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands - may have extended delivery times)
  • APO/FPO military addresses

International Shipping:
We're working on expanding to international shipping! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we start shipping internationally.


⏱️ Order Processing

Processing Time: 1-2 business days

What Happens During Processing:

  • Order verification and payment confirmation
  • Item picking and quality check
  • Secure packaging
  • Label creation and carrier pickup

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on major US holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.


📧 Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Carrier name and estimated delivery date
  • Direct link to track your package

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Check your email for shipping confirmation
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, OR
  3. Log into your TeeVoke account and view order history
  4. Copy tracking number and visit carrier's website

Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email. This is normal as carriers process packages through their systems.


📬 Delivery Information

Delivery Address:

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Include apartment/unit numbers if applicable
  • We cannot change addresses after order is shipped
  • Contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect address

Signature Requirements:
Most orders do not require a signature. High-value orders (over $200) may require signature confirmation for security.

Delivery Attempts:
If delivery is attempted and no one is available:

  • Carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions
  • Package may be held at local post office or carrier facility
  • You'll have 5-10 days to pick up before return to sender
  • Contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery

Package Left at Door:
Carriers may leave packages at your door if signature is not required. TeeVoke is not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package and being home for delivery
  • Using a secure delivery location
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders

⚠️ Shipping Delays

Potential Causes of Delays:

  • Weather conditions (storms, snow, hurricanes)
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customs delays (for territories)

What We Do: We'll notify you of any known delays and work with carriers to resolve issues quickly.

What You Can Do: Track your package regularly and contact the carrier directly for specific delivery questions.

Note: TeeVoke is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.


🎁 Multiple Item Orders

Single Shipment: Most orders ship together in one package to save on shipping costs and reduce environmental impact.

Split Shipments: Occasionally, orders may ship in multiple packages if:

  • Items are in different warehouse locations
  • Some items are backordered
  • Package weight or size restrictions apply

You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package. Shipping charges apply only once per order, not per package.


🔄 Backorders & Pre-Orders

Backordered Items:
If an item becomes backordered after you place your order:

  • We'll notify you via email
  • You can choose to wait for the item or cancel that portion of your order
  • In-stock items will ship immediately; backordered items ship when available

Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items have estimated ship dates listed on the product page. These dates are subject to change. We'll notify you of any delays and ship pre-orders as soon as they're available.


❌ Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  4. Contact the carrier to file a claim
  5. Contact us at support@teevoke.store - we'll help resolve the issue

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  2. Contact us within 7 days at support@teevoke.store
  3. Include your order number and photos
  4. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund

Note: We're not responsible for carrier errors, but we'll work with you to resolve any issues.


📦 Package Refused or Returned to Sender

If you refuse delivery or a package is returned to us:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund
  • Refund processed once package is received and inspected
  • Contact us before refusing delivery to discuss options

🌍 International Shipping (Coming Soon!)

We're excited to announce that international shipping is coming soon! We're working on expanding to:

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union
  • Australia
  • And more!

Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we start shipping internationally. International orders will be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.


🎄 Holiday Shipping

Peak Season: During holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), please allow extra time for processing and delivery.

Holiday Cutoff Dates: We'll announce specific cutoff dates for guaranteed holiday delivery on our website and social media. Order early to ensure timely delivery!

Holiday Delays: Carrier delays are common during peak seasons. We recommend choosing expedited shipping for time-sensitive gifts.
